    Paper Proofs vs. Electronic Proofs 

    Whenever you place an order with Post-Up Stand and submit an art file other than a high-res JPG, you will be emailed a digital proof. It’s an important part of the process, because sometimes components like logos or text can get damaged or disappears from a file when they are converted. It is also a good chance for you to review the file one last time before it goes to print.

    On our order form you’ll also see an option to receive a paper (or material) proof. While this may seem redundant, a paper proof is actually very important if you need a perfect color match. We print on a variety of materials, and each one will print the same color slightly different. The proof we send you will be on the same material your final banner will be printed on, allowing you know exactly how it’s going to look. If an absolute color match is essential to your project, than getting a paper proof would be a wise choice.
